A good experience to make pottery in 1 hour ++ for 2 art works with guidance. It cost RM95 per person. Then it will need 2-3 weeks to dry and touch up on the art works.

Lack of care for customers. Passed by this place many times. Enthusiastic with daughter to give it a try. Very disappointed at service. As earnest walk-ins, we waited patiently outside for someone to attend to us. We could see there were several young children with mothers for a party. We thought we would make enquiries and a reservation to come back later, as really wanted to try. Stood outside glass door visibly for 10 minutes. Anyone inside can see through the open glass walls that there were people waiting outside but no staff came out. I called the phone number on the marketing brochure placed outside the shop, as that's what it said which is to call to make an appointment. Quick shockingly, could see the staff walking to her phone and then rejected the call. Even my young girl said "Mummy, she just rejected your call like that..." We were disappointed, more about the attitude, than actually not being able to go there. It does not seem like the place or people really value other people or customers. Even really busy restaurants will have staff who take the minimum effort or a few seconds to say that they are busy. There does not seem like there is basic care or respect for customers to at least attend, reject or answer their calls politely. And this is supposed to be a "Good Times" experience. Very disappointing and quite offensive honestly. Quite a waste for a place with nice dΓ©cor but no human care.

I have always enjoyed the sloppiness of β€œdirty” buns- the chocolate dusting is simply too good! Now that there’s β€œdirty” mooncake as well from @goodtimesdiy. It is soft, fluffy with a good contrast from the crunchy nuts. They also have the more conventional snow skin mooncakes ?

Went for the pottery DIY class. As per previous reviews, the instructors felt pressuring and were not helpful in teaching at all. They basically took over and moulded your pottery creation for you once you’ve done the foundations of the clay. They give you options (e.g cup, mug, bowl etc) but where is the flavour?? It felt like they only wanted you to do the bare minimum and were not very helpful in giving any insights on options to individualize your creations. Not to mention, when I asked the instructor some basic questions as to how to remold or reshape my creation she just simply said, you can’t. LOL. Palm in the face. I would’ve appreciated a better explanation, even if I did a mistake on my part so I wouldn’t have repeated it again, right? Very disappointed as my previous pottery experiences have all been amazing. This is definitely a new low. I recommend the owner to actually hire people that are passionate to teach the art of pottery. This is not how it’s supposed to be.

Nice experience here as a beginner in pottery. Throughout the lesson, there will be a speaker in briefing the steps, dos and don'ts with 2 assistant s guiding and monitoring novice like me in doing the things right. Briefing: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Friendliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Item security: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, staff and the studio owner(I guess) were very patient in explaining the questions I raised throughout the lesson. Recommendations: 1. Share more on clay drying knowledge or take it as a chance to recommend other related workshop on clay drying/ firing 2. Maybe can work on couple package/ family package or even team building package for future business

We booked the afternoon slot from 2 pm to 4 pm. We paid about RM 150+/person for 4 pieces and 2 hours. There were four of us in that particular session with one instructor. They provide lockers so you can keep your personal belongings and even have a phone stand clipped to each table so you can record yourself. What I liked was that the instructor/teacher sat directly opposite you so you could see what they were doing. They do clearly explain the steps and instructions. They do give you basic suggestions of what you can make (Eg. Bowl, plate, cup) but I would have appreciated more options. Or perhaps if they had invited us to walk about and look at some samples before hand. It was great that they left it up to us but we wouldn't know the limitations of the clay. The 'speed-o-meter' for the wheel is placed directly underneath the wheel. This puts it in a very awkward position and makes it difficult for you to see the speed to ensure your wheel is spinning at the correct speed. I kept having to ask the person next to me to help check my speed. Another thing was that the teachers provide way too much guidance. In many instances, they ended up doing it for you more than allowing you to do it yourself. That irritated me a lot. If I wanted them to do it for me, I would have just gone out and purchased a cup instead of trying to make one on my own. More verbal instructions would have been appreciated and to allow students more autonomy to try on their own. Only if the clay is completely destroyed or in a dire situation should they step in. I felt at the end, the teachers were almost rushing us and sort of pressuring us to finish. It felt like you were in Hong Kong at a dim sum shop and there were people standing directly behind your chair and breathing down your neck waiting for you to finish so they can grab your table. There was also no further explanation at the end of the session. I would have liked it if they briefly explained how long the clay drying, baking, heating, dyeing, painting would take and what was involved afterwards. Instead, you simply hand your creation over to them with your personal details and that is about it. All in all, I had a good time. I enjoyed myself immensely, but that's because the activity itself was fun. Teachers are great but need to take a step back. Would recommend for you to try it :)

The place is very comfortable and clean. Had a super nice first baking experience. I did the intermediate level menu - matcha soft cheese cake. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who's into baking, and any beginners who are looking to gain some experience!
