★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful to send my macbook to Mac tech expert, the service is very exceptional, I rarely find such a good service like this, when my LCD display was cracked, I contact many other stores, but all give very bad service, the price given by Mac Tech Expert is also very affordable from other which was very expensive and ridiculous. This is not a paid review. This is an honest review from an apple user. I will definitely send my 2011 iMac to him after this. Thank you so much Leonard, I would definitely recommend you to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Leonard. I sent my late 2013 Macbook for battery and keyboard replacement and Leonard proposed that I did general cleaning services too. Didn't regret it and he managed to do this in few hours. My "old" macbook now feels new. Thanks Leonard. Plus, I am quite lucky because his location is not far from my house. This is super convenient for me.

He gave on-the-spot advice and trouble shooting with options for me to decide and promptly made the repairs. Along the process, he walked me through the problems with the recommended solutions as well as pros and cons. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I was assured of my device being handled by a professional who is a trusted expert. Will certainly go back to Len for future servicing or repairs.
