Beware of this shop, AVOID AT ALL COST Literally the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life. TLDR; Sent my laptop to be fixed for 4 days, and my laptop came back in a much worse condition than ever before.. They broke my laptop screen; forgot to connect back the laptop charging port (I’m not sure if that’s the correct term), so I couldn’t switch on my laptop without it being charged; ruined (stripped) one of my laptop screws at the bottom panel, to the point that the screw can't be installed anymore otherwise it'll be very difficult to be removed; and the employee there is irresponsible and unhelpful at all (refused to help connecting the port back because it was his colleague's mistake and not his). Basically what happened was that my laptop screen will sometimes flicker when I adjust the screen. However, it’s fine and totally functional as long as I don’t move it. I sent it for repair anyway just in case the screen totally gone black while I’m working on important matter. They told me the LED screen must be changed and kept my laptop for 4 days. After 4 days they said they couldn’t find the screen for my laptop to replace with, so I brought my laptop back without the screen getting fixed. It’s totally fine that they couldn’t fix it. However, when I tried to use my laptop after I brought it back home that day, the first problem about the laptop was that I couldn’t switch it on without it being charged. Even after charging it for 2 hours, the laptop turned off immediately the moment I unplugged the charger. Secondly, my laptop screen was functioning well (besides the occasional flickering when I moved the screen) before I sent it to this shop to repair. When I brought it back, not only did the screen totally not working anymore, it was cracked! Like how is it even possible to go from fixing my screen to cracking it?? [Refer attached pics] Thirdly, they damaged the head of one of my laptop screws at the bottom panel, making it unfit to be installed anymore, otherwise it'll be very difficult to be removed in the future (as advised by other technician I seek afterwards). I went back to the shop the next day to question about my laptop's condition which had gotten much worse. The only employee in the shop at that time was a different person from the one who handled my laptop. When asked about my laptop screen, he just gave an excuse saying that the laptop screen will become like that sooner or later. (Does that mean you can fully break my screen in 4 days time just because it’s gonna break ‘sooner or later’??). As for the laptop battery charging problem, he told me that it was because his colleague forgot to connect back the charging port (I’m not sure if this is the correct term). When asked to help connect back the port, the employee refused, and asked me to come back on the following Monday instead (which was 4 days later!), because the one who handled my laptop was on leave until the following Monday. Just because it was his colleague's mistake and not his, he refused to help out as a fellow employee / technician of the shop, and wanted me to come back again after 4 days. This just shows how irresponsible and terrible their customer service is. PC repairing service..? More like a PC breaking service. This shop shouldn’t even exist in the first place. For the rating, I would give zero, or even negative stars if I could.

worst service and worst product ever. first time buying used laptop here. there's only one guy at this shop. after i paid for the laptop which is rm1300, he refused to provide me the receipt. i asked for a receipt but he said he doesn't have one. after a month using the laptop, i noticed a lot of damage inside the laptop especially the battery, it keeps charging but never full. think twice before buying from this shop. they say you can come back to the shop if there's any problem with the laptop WITHOUT THE RECEIPT but then they won't serve you because you don't have any receipt as proof. just don't buy
