β β β β β I ordered today from Grab their nasi lemak curry chicken but instead I received nasi lemak stone hard rocks chicken.
Come on..everyone's right, this branch is the worst Madam Kwan's branch ever. Time after time, so disappointing! I don't want eat Rock solid chicken for dinner!!! What the fudge

β β β β β Prawn noodle was delectable with a very flavorful soup. Comfortable environment that is very spacious. Playground to keep young kids occupied. Place for a good family meal, although it may be considered pricey for some as all the dishes are local dishes. Fast service.

β β β β β The worst place ever to eat around here. Seriously, dont even bother coming here. Just go to a different restaurant which has so much better food!
The food was so-so but they priced it ridiculously. RM37 for glass noodle with soft shell crab but when it came, I was truly disappointed. Itβs just bits and pieces of crabs. Rakuzen can serve you better and itβs just one floor up.
Unless youβre about to die and need food right away, this place must be avoided at all cost. Theyβre pro at cheating their customers.

β β β β β One of the best places to eat Malaysian food. Authentic and delicious. Prices are moderate but reasonable.
But they will not give any water so you HAVE to buy bottled water (minimum $4.90).

β β β β β Another overhyped chain restaurant that serves local and fusion food which is average in taste and fairly over priced as its normally located in high end malls such as this one in mount Kiara. Restaurant cleanliness, deco and service get top marks but food quality and prices make this restaurant not a must try. Recommended with a slight reservation.

β β β β β I have not much complaints except its a bit pricey. The serving was huge for the chicken chop. The prawn mee soup was good but lacking something tastewise. My son loves the pasta. It is basically a restaurant for everyone, someone who wants to eat malaysian/ nyonya food or european food like pastas. Packaging was good no leaking of the prawn mee soup.
The chicken chop was way too much for 1 person. There are still leftovers.

β β β β β Madam Kwan's have been around since about 20 years ago or more if I can remember. They have always been famous for their nasi bojari and nasi lemak. Their nasi bojari alone is RM 30 vs their nasi lemak at RM 25. I did find it rather expensive to be honest but it wasn't an everyday affair so that's an exception.
We had nasi bojari, nasi lemak, spaghetti mushroom, fish noodle and Cantonese beef noodle with cendol and some drinks. Verdict which I didnt managed to capture shots were, nasi bojari is still pretty much consistent with their quality. Nasi lemak was good according to those who had them. The spaghetti was creamy enough and the Cantonese beef fried's was tender and succulent.
The company was great and the ambience of the restaurant was quiet and very relaxing. They even had a mini playground to entertain the kids whilst the adults dine.
