★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weekend onsen + remedial massage package (RM179) is a luxurious treat.
My masseur (Alice) deserves special mention - one of the best massages I've enjoyed. Such skill, knows where to press and where to give the lighter touch, almost as if she has xray vision to see the knots and tension. And her hands remain hot thruout, even thru the gloves.
As a first timer for onsen, it was certainly an experience. The crew was thorough in their briefing, which helps. Ambience, water temp, quality of facilities provided were great. The whole place was clean, service was friendly, and the ginger tea + cake at the end concluded a relaxing experience on a high :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the weekend package (onsen + massage). You can choose which massage you want either aromatherapy or intense remedial massage. I choose intense massage.
The onsen was quite nice. Picked kirei salt because smells peachy. Need to shower interval during onsen to avoid dizziness. They prepare water bottle and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well which smells great. After that you can get ready outside where they prepare hairdryers and other stuff.
After that i was clueless as what to do, and the staff were outside your area. I went outside to ask the staff, then finally they show me the massage area.
The intense massage was good. It was intense but felt relaxing also. Almost went to sleep. My masseuse was quiet and shy. But she was good in massaging. Just that she cant instruct that well, so probably can improve on that.
After that, you will will go back to the room to change. And after changing i was really clueless to go where. Lucky i found my shoes in the lounge room, with a plate of swiss rolls and ginger tea. There was no one who tell me to go there or like "this cake is for you" but i read reviews, that they say after massage will get cake so i just eat them then pay for the package haha.
The experience was nice just that probably need to improve the cs, and interaction with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Spa Day Package which included the Onsen and Massage. You're supposed to be able to choose from 3 different salts for the onsen but they only had one option left when we went there. Toiletries were provided for the onsen and they smelled really good. Aromatherapy massage was relaxing. Everyone is required to wear a mask during the massage which may be a bit uncomfortable but we are not against it for safety reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’ll be greeted by their staff upon arrival. I booked the spa package (onsen & aromatherapy massage). Was a bit ‘lost’ on what to do during onsen but managed to follow the suggested steps. Mineral water was provided to drink during the 45mins session. Its similar to being in a sauna but better in a way because of the bath salts. I felt lighter after the onsen. Once done, i was brought to the lounge area to have a cold drink and massage after. Fifi was my therapist and she was great ! I enjoyed the massage very much. Afterwards, you are free to shower and get ready. Amenities like hair dryer, towel, toiletries are provided. Lastly I was served hot ginger tea and cake. Love the overall experience, every step was well thought out and didnt feel rushed. Would definitely repeat and recommend the spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying Onsen spa in Malaysia. The water temperature is 40 degree celsius but not as hot as you think. You just need to follow the steps given by them. Otherwise, you won’t be able to enjoy it because you cannot soak very long in the Onsen tub and it make you dizzy. The staffs are extremely friendly and followed SOP ! I enjoyed private Onsen and I felt my whole body so relaxing. They served ice water after Onsen and dessert with ginger tea after your massage. They even gave me a free hand tower. Worth to try their package for weekend (Friday to Sunday)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally pleasant experience. Tried the intense remedial massage , the first time I went was superb . However yesterday was a bit below par , my masseuse wasn't as intense as I thought she would be. Overall okay experience, very clean and pleasant environment. Reservations is advised on weekends..I have tried walk-ins on weekdays and they were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time come to this place massage, good cozy place. Staff is professional and very hygiene. I try the foot massage, they are really good in skill make u feel so comfortable and relax. Friend say onsen spa and body massage is good as well. Although is slightly expensive compare to others but I think what u paid and what u get. Recommend this, definitely will come again.

1. Good customer service from booking to check in.
2. Have one of the best hygiene practice for a spa. Every corner is super clean.
3. The onsen was equipped with good quality body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a cold bottle of water.
4. The dresser was equipped with muji beauty products, with hair dryer and disposable combs.
5. Masseuse was very nice but not overly friendly.
6. The ginger tea post massage was nice but the cake was the bomb!
7. Although i was their last client, they didn’t rush for closing.
Cons:
1. They ran out of yukata. So after onsen, i had to dress up in my own clothes, which was uncomfortable because i was still sweating from the onsen. Had to wear my undergarments just to take everything off again when i stepped into the massage room.
2. Masseuse massage skills is average.
3. My onsen was hot! Pretty sure that was above 40C.
4. Comparing my tub to other photos, I suspected they didn’t add the salt. My tub was crystal clear.
