★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store sells quite many facial and beauty products which is a really nice place to shop all your needs at there.
However, there is some unsatisfied feeling during my visit at the Magicboo Taipan store.
Those wanting to enter the store have to press the doorbell as it is a locked glass door. Waited for a while but no one open the door.
Two lady staff were very unfriendly the moment I entered into the store. I asked for an item whereabout and she just answered half-heartedly. I asked her the third time only she lead me to the row of shelves but not right infront of the product.
During payment, although everything is okay, but I can feel the unfriendliness of the lady cashier. She did not speak a single word and once payment has been made, there was no thank you (not that I’m expecting it).
This was my first time entering Magicboo although I’ve seen many of this stores around Malaysia. Will purchase facial and beauty needs in Magicboo but will avoid this Taipan franchise in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much like this branch here because the sale-ladies very pushy, wanted me to buy many to get more discounts. How would I know the new products if I never use before and most of the products here ain't cheap.
Of course I knew some of the brand are from premium but I'm not type of person, stick to 1 brand. Seem like they not happy if you don't buy more...so uncomfortable to shop here and all their eyes pointed on you especially no customer and they keep pushing you to buy this.and that.
