If you want something more than just the regular whiskas for your pet cat , I reckon my pet is your place . For a regular mom and pop looking shop, it’s amazing the sort of variety that this shop can hold . Be warned , the stuff and this shop is on the premium end - a 1.5 kg of cat kibbles cost at least 30 something ringgit here . But if premium is what you are looking for your cat, then I suppose mypet will be a right place to look for it, at least on account of variety . I compared the price of the brand i buy here with how much it cost on lazada online and it was pretty much a tie. As for cats, I assume it will be correspondingly true for dogs also

Out of 4 groomers we've ever brought her to, our dog is never shivering in fear when we bring her here! Their pricing is affordable and service is lovely.

Caused my dog to have a wound on her inner left arm but denies their responsibility. [28 February] Brought her to the store for a grooming session that involves a whole body cut and a shower. After bringing her into the store, I left there and about an hour plus later, they called and say that she was ready to be fetched. As I was nearby the store, I went to fetch her about 10-15 minutes after the phone call. I didn't notice the injury on her arm as it was hidden under her armpit. [1 March] It was until today at around 7pm that I noticed the injury on her arm. As per the picture attached below, it was a fresh injury that her flesh could be seen. Being the pet owner of my dog, seeing such injury left me puzzled, angry and heartbroken. I took some pictures and confronted the pet store worker through WhatsApp. After a while, I received a reply stating that they will check the CCTV recordings and let me know.And after that, one of their workers called me and told me that after checking the CCTV recordings of yesterday, they were not responsible for the injury of my pet's arm and claimed that my pet has seriously tangled fur on her body. But I was puzzled as what does tangled hair have to do with the injury on her armpit? They said that different people were in charge of the cutting and showering session and they can't help each other to hide the truth. In disbelief, I asked then was I the one who caused the injury on her arm, or was the dog itself that bit her arm and gave herself such a big hole? Thus, I told them that it was impossible as I combed her hair with a dog comb every single day and including the day before her grooming. But the person on the other end of the call just brushed me off with an awkward laugh. Even after her grooming session, I brought her back home immediately and stayed at home for the rest of the day. It was impossible for her to get this injury from elsewhere and the only toy she played was her squeaky small ball. After ending the call, I requested for the CCTV recordings as I wanted to see it for myself but I don't know why I have to wait for the other coworker to receive the recording as the one on the phone call already said that they have checked all the recordings regarding my pet. At the end of the conversation, I received another phone call stating that the fault was not on their side. But if I feel it's their fault, I can bring my pet tomorrow to the store and come fetch the worker who was on the phone call with me to the veterinarian. Following with that, I was wondering, so you're not going to apologise or give me any explanation?

You may come for buy product but not for grooming . Definitely not professional groomers and keep push responsibility to each other .

I'm every time I came basic grooming, it was rm35. Why did she charge me rm45 this time? She said that the price has been raised immediately, and I scolded her and said that she would take back rm35 this time. Is this such a customer? She did not say sorry. Too bad ?
