★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their after sales service is terrible. They treat their buyers with very little respect. Don't respond to emails in a timely manner. Their Credit Management team are so unprofessional - yell over the phone as well. Overall,Mahsing is not a company you want to buy properties from. They are terrible.
Please be extra careful when you engage with them. Ensure you have legal representation when you sign SPA etc. Ensure you have all the information from their Sales/Marketing before you sign anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mah sing legal team really doesn’t deserve even one star, it takes N years for their director to sign the MOT and when you call the person in charge, they always said by next week or soon, but in fact they didn't do anything. I wonder why this developer still exist.

most frustration is the staff dint perform any checking on the defect done and simply rely on the main cont staff update which most of the time is not completed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As M centure owners, I'm on goodwill basis, advise all to avoid MahSing product, they are disrespectful, ignorance over all complaints and security concerns, the workmanship is bad, you see two different face before and after purchase, I'm very regrets with my dealing with mahsing, I hope u not the next, read all the bad review, is true, mahsing not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just in case if any of you are interested to purchase subsale of property - Taming Mutiara @ Sungai Long. I hereby urge you not to, or at least you can think twice after reading my review.
1) Promised to have guard house before entering residential area but 2 yrs after getting key, guardhouse got removed by government (for using public road wor?) wert. So that we have to set up individual guard at each road entrance. Macam kena tipu lor.
2) After staying for a good 2-3 years, problem started to come out. Ceiling/Balcony leakage (due to waterproof not durable) and tile flooring started to crack, area by area. So sick to have to keep getting the contractor to come fix things when the whole house are newly built!
3) Lodged complaint towards mahsing regarding the promised guardhouse but got no respond at all. So don’t expect after sales service from this developer. If you’re planning to, expect to just buy and go.
4) Walls started to crack eventho people are staying in. Such poor quality houses is not worth the price at all.
Well i assume these are the quality provided by MahSing Group. Pay money to get disappointment. Read other reviews and you will find out more ridiculous problems from this developer! End of story, moving out.
