★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a purchaser of another project by this developer located in Old Klang Road that VP-ed this February. And here's my sharing for those who are thinking to purchase from this developer:
1) Workmanship is below average. You can definitely notice some works are rushed, probably to meet the date for their glamour "X months prior" early completion. There were leakages in a lot of units and also common areas during rainy days.
2) It's understandable that newly completed projects come with defects, but it's disappointing to see the defect ratification works have been delayed for a long period of time. A lot of the owners are experiencing such delays, some even close to 2 months after the submission of the defect forms. Yes, you can always send a complaint email to the developer and hope that you will get a response from them.
So, if you don't mind the long and miserable time and efforts needed to deal with this developer on the defects, yea go ahead and buy this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite that with lots of high rise building, it’s really fortunate to see that the empty land in Chan Sow Lin has been used for development for 2 block of high rise condominium with lots of facilities.
The plan view from the condominium is awesome and can’t wait for the completion of the building.
With lots of developments, I believe in the next few years will be a part of the golden triangle.
Traffic wise it is still unknown for now, however I believe that the developer will plan for something to smoothen out the traffic.
