★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and good at sales only. Post sales service sucks. No one followed up to tell you when the property is ready nor any communication to inform status of the development. I see people moved in with 'for sale/rent' signs up on the property I purchased which was supposed to be ready by June 2014. To date I have heard NOTHING from them. I went to the finished condo/site and was told the site office is closed and have to go to main office. Ok last call I made was in July and they said applying for electrical related permits. Today, pass by the condo... people living in yet I'm not informed. When is the TOP? I called the main office whole day no one picked up the phone for 2 days straight. Be wary when if you are considering this developer as the after sales and follow up is rubbish! What's the status of my property at Perling Heights??? Only God knows.
