★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge resort...went there to attend a marriage ceremony..rooms are super big and food during the ceremony was good. Location too is accessible. And the place is full of greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but you can't really claim it as a 5 star hotel if the room facilities are not that great.
The shower stand has nearly come off attached by rusted screws.
The remote control looked like it has been thrown around like a football.
The shower head itself is in very poor condition.
And the toilet seat, well it's quite similar to the ones in public toilets. Very bad condition.
Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s much more happening back then because they’re still open for membership and so on. But now, there’s still something there which is the Qing Palace chinese cuisine restaurant serving buffet and order-in. They also have a hotel which is a president + hotel guest situation. Price are affordable and the workers are friendly as well as the ambience is okay for me. Not great but acceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A resort by the nature... Consider a 4* resort, service is great .. only drawback is at night have mosquito and killed one. Shower is hot and powerful. Breakfast is nice and serve to the room due to low occupancy rate of that night.

Friendly service, very neat, organized, complete with all necessities, a variety of dishes equivalent to an international hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, I enjoyed my stay here and the room is very cozy. Imo, this hotel gave me an apartment theme vibe and so does the room which makes us to feel really homey. Other than that, the bell service here is self service. Kudos!

Room is good. Might want to consider to provide floor towel.
Swimming pools are excellent. You have the choices of pool at the hotel, or 4 other pools at the sports complex.
Overall I enjoyed staying at this resort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here has some magical effects that comfort me. It is so quiet at night not many insects or mosquitoes. The buildings are pretty, and there is beautiful view at all angles.
However, the gym’s air conditioner has not been working for ages but it is overlooked by the management. It makes the workout very unbearable in tropical weather.
This resort is generally clean but the car park is kind of dirty. Water dripping from the pipes. Be careful where you park, this water may damage your car’s paint.
The management should not ignore what has not been done especially in maintenance not only on aesthetics but many other aspects that could help the business to attract more customers.
