★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for IIUM students especially if your kuliyyah are at irk, kenms, hs and aikol as it's near with the mahallah. However, the wifi is kind of bad at some blocks and levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was where I lived during my study. It was the best mahallah because of it is near to the centre i.e my class, library etc. Although it may have the least popular cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first mahallah in UIA, quite comfortable and nice. I love the environment surrounded this mahallah.
Canteen is not really many choices, maybe u can come to canteen mahallah ali, next to Safiyyah.
I hope u enjoy in Mahallah Safiyyah ?

The cafe doesn't have many food choice while the convinient store is not so-called convinient at all. I hope the mahallah authority will gradually improve the variety and quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to kenms, kirkhs, library, mosque and just beside the main gate, but people still need to round the whole uia first to get here since it's a one way street. It has laundry, cafe, court, multipurpose hall, reading room and a mahallah office. The food at the cafe is so-so, but better than a year ago I supposed.
