Waiters are funny: I asked for a table for two, he asked "for three?" And shows four with his hand.
AC too strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Briyani ayam madu is very very sedap and worth the hype. Good rice and chicken portion. Kuah campur on briyani surprisingly tastes well. Kuah madu is sweet but blends very well with the chicken and rice. But it’s very expensive, RM15.50 for a plate. But you pay extra for the comfy aircond place and fast excellent service. So definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly expectant after reading reviews, i would say the gravy has the right bite & spiciness. Mutton is solid meat.
Only gripes r :
- staff holds back with gravy & patrons have to request 'tambah'.
- lady fingers look like they lack fertiliser lol.
- beriani lacks fragrance & not hot enough.
Nice slightly cafe ambience with air-conditioning but if its full, there is semi-open air seating outside
Parking, usually available at giant paid bays. Else drive round & round to find illegal space to slot in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone through some massive changes, and it is pretty impressive. Somehow the decor reminded my partner of BUHARI MOUNT ROAD, Chennai. As usual MAHBUB offers good food and awesome briyani, mutton soup, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always packed with dine in and pick up. Service is pretty fast. Parking is hard to find in this area.
The Nasi Briyani Ayam Madu is the bestest. I like the Nasi Buhara Ayam. It’s now RM23 on Grab but Mahbub’s website stated RM17. Silly me ordered via Grab Pick Up.
