★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is the only strength of this place. Facilities are wayyy old and not so clean. Still use old CRT tv with no remote. Phones are out of service. No stopper at bathtub & looks old / dirty. Buffets are acceptable but can get better food outside because its Melaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice private place but not as vibrant when it was first opened. private apartments and homestay now - price also chaper than hotels nearby - can bring big family and can cook too (depends on owner). Swimming pool is fully operational so family can have fun in melaka town and the jump in the pool. Pool closed at 8pm so no late night swimming ya !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 0 STAR.very bad property dealer MR.STANLEY.And we just check out after enter the unit because its very dirty and also there is bedbugs.room is full of dust.Aircond not working.And the very important thing is we bank in to mr.stanley's company account.until now we didn't get back our refund but Mr.stanley blaming booking.com.
Please don't disappoint by seeing the pics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lil bit torn out facilities while their Hotel side is close for business. We got the apartment unit booked via Airbnb and surprisingly the unit is fabulous! (To be exact is room 1092). 3 Bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, spacious hall & dining area. Complete kitchen with microwave and fridge. The price is reasonable due to the strategic location. Facing towards Melaka Town (behind Mahkota Parade building), but you need to bear with the traffic ambience all the time since it is located opposite to the main road. Providing in house towel, shower gel, shampoo, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. The water pressure is great! The unit is very clean and neat and very well maintained. However, during the check in, you need to queue to enter the facilities. The owner of the unit will give instructions via WhatsApp on how to enter the unit. The parking space is adequate but it is first come first serve basis. They have centralize pool but we did not went for swimming due to tight of plan. COVID-19 SOP remain enforce. Memorably stay!
