M	Michael Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and look like in need of refurbishment soon. Nice views of the city and Malacca straits depending on room location. With only 2 operating elevator, it can be a major wait during peak times.
C	Corrine Leow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the hotels that I have stayed, I fall in love with their pillows and bed. With elongated firm and soft type as I got 3 pillows without request. Walked in the cold room when arrived, totally felt relieved after long hours hot driving. Clean house keeping team. Keep it up team!! Oh last but not least, don't miss their breakfast - lots of choices and I got it at a discount rate.

Azlina did not even acknowledge me as a member and promptly starting rattling off the things that I was not entitled to...even though I had stayed at this hotel more times than she has had hot dinners! The room I got stank of mould ...I promptly walked out and asked for a room change. This time I encounted Kim who was not too happy at my request but changed my room none the less. This room still smelt of mould from the carpets but not as bad. The elevators were a problem during my entire stay. They seem to have a mind of their own...you press a button to go to your floor...but mid way the elevator decides no, you are not going up but down.... This happened several times much to the annoyance or a number of guests including myself. I have to complement Chia and her colleagues in the lounge. They were amazing and fabulous. Bottom line...stay away from this hotel...your are likely to get sick from the mould in the rooms or stuck in an elevator. If you a member of IHG, this hotel will treat you like dirt... in fact its better NOT to be a member.
P	Pam Nanthan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant 2 night stay with my family. Service was excellent including 90% of staff from Front desk, check in and restaurant were amazing. Need to manage your expectations on breakfast...on taste or option. Although staff were friendly but not sure why their service isn't very good.. Every time we go even when there are lots of place to sit the person incharge alway expect my family of 5 big people to share a table of four. We had to insist to be given a bigger space. Hardly get what you order at the egg section. We asked for poached egg as listed on the availability list but.we are given half boil and the staff insist that is poached. Another disappointing thing is the 2 ladies working at the Spa are totally rude. When I wanted to check on something they spoke in a very rude way...I had the same feedback from my husband who wanted to use the gym after making a booking. Nevertheless we will still stay at this place as it gives a good vibe and location is amazing. Love the pool.
Z	Zul Qarnayn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with nice view of the sea and the city area. It’s a good location with a mall opposite it as well as a few night markets near it. Enjoyed the breakfast here too. The breakfast options are delicious and worth it. Would definitely come again.
M	Mozhgan Chamani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel's breakfast was good and the room was neat, but in the time I was there, the elevator had some issue and we have to wait for a long period of time, each time. Also the room didn't have much facility as expected and noted in the site, for example, it didn't have any plate or spoon, tissue papers, bathtub, minibar. I got the see view room which I regretted later and I think the city view might be better.
E	Elizabeth Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our stay though it was just a short one. From the lobby entrance to the reception and dining area, the team was polite, professional, and helpful. Thumbs up to their customer service. The room was clean, good and well prepared, we were glad to have a free room upgrade (view& bathtub). Breakfast spread was okay though the waiters and manager can be stricter with the SOP as there were a few customers who did not wear mask while taking food from the buffet line. The Italian food downstairs was affordable and delicious.
