★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mangement is too strict. It's like living in a hostel compound. The rules are biased. Management don't care people keep pets even the rules say cannot. But for other rules, they implement strictly. The security guard treat visitors like they are criminals. Not a place to live if you would like to have visitors. The management like to control everything. Even you want to install aircond, they want it to be installed certain way. My house has to be drilled for aircond drain to the bathroom from outside because management said so. Now I have to pay my landlord for damage.
