โ โ โ โ โ The only problem is...The street is very loud since my Block facing the street at night.You need to closed the sliding door always.But overall i can still live with it.Very quite place..facilities nearby .Everything is good so far.

โ โ โ โ โ B3-1-3A is very noisy in terms of walking, knocking and dropping objects during midnight. I have recently complained to the security and they told me it was their child knocking on the floor. I have been living 3 months and I just realised that the people here are not very civilise. They act like hantu, midnight make noise then morning and afternoon became quiet like an empty church. However, overall facilities in terms of pool is okay. In terms of quality of sound proofing, 3/10.

โ โ โ โ โ I have lived here for 10 years and its no problems Im a kid and I already love my home alot the monkeys are every quiet plus I lived next to were the monkeys lives I love my home!

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor and slow in management service.
We pay maintainance monthly but the facilities are forever under repair! Always been told to wait for this wait for that, drag for service and repair with many excuses eg. change of management, change of vendor etc. Hopefully the management will look into it, improve in their efficiency and provide good follow up for the residents.
