★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a spooky night stay here. we arrived at this hotel around 9pm after picked up my brother from UMP. Rooms were almost full due to a gathering held by a government agency. check in into the room and i noticed 'kapur barus'(which is used during the bathing process of a muslim dead body) incense smell upon entering, but we never expected anything. after that we went out for dining. then returned to hotel room and the incense small was gone and we still not suspecting anything. after isya praying, we went for sleep. in the morning my dad told us that around 5am in the morning he heard a small baby crying outside our room(maybe from neighbouring hotel guests but who knows). and then the incense smell from last night starting to make sense. anyway it is a nice hotel with the view of the glorious pahang river.
