★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad handling experience. They don't check items properly. My parcel from lazada mentioned to be returned if not collected by x date. When I arrived on x date at 4:45 pm, the parcel was sent back to lazada! They didn't even follow the date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not trained to handle large package shipping. It took one hour for the staff to figure out the pricing and shipping. In the end, we were given the wrong pricing for our packages. We were only notified after we had paid and left. So now we have to wait until Monday to get our package back because the supervisor isn’t in.
However, the staff was friendly and kind. We only regret the improper training in technicalities.
Edit: Changed to 4 stars because they worked out a solution with us and we managed to ship our items. Hope the staff didn't get in any trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service for the lady at the counter, when I go in to your shop, I did scan the QR code and also check my temperature when im at your shop entrance. But your staff didn't pay attention when I comply the SOP, and she behave rudely when asking me to show my MySejahtera check in. Can't your staff behave well manners? We are giving you business and We don't owe you a cents. I rather drive far abit to others MBE rather than going to this MBE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated (Dec 2021): Now they have a new staff which is much more better in service and understanding customers' demands. Old staffs seems no more working there so I just change from 2 ? to 4 ? ?
Always support MailBoxes since 3 years ago at Damansara Damai, Seremban 2 and so on. Now we move to new area and start to support this franchise from 3 months ago. However, their services make me feel disappointed again and again. Never see the staffs at other MailBoxes work like this: They won't tell you what happen if system have issue, after a few hours I called to ask then only know next day they only can solve it; Called when Grab delivery the order and threaten me like they are the boss, if I don't click "Ready To Ship" will directly return the orders. Now I change the drop off point to avoid any issues again. Better service at other franchises.
