β β β β β Poor service and slow delivery. Multiple times the system has shown that the delivery person tried to deliver and failed, however, I have been home the entire time. Calling customer service did not produce any results, in the end I have had to hunt down the package and go to their distributing centre.

β β β β β The place is filled with the smell of cigarettes, and some of the employees are playing their phone. The person that attended to me was not very proactive in helping, and they aren't keen to receive customers, and even recommended me to try other courier services.

β β β β β Worst courier service, my parcel has been sitting in the hub for almost 2 weeks and they still havenβt delivered to me. I even physically went to their hub and they were annoyed with me asking to search for it which they didnβt end up finding anyways and asked me to get a refund. Iβm still waiting for my parcel

β β β β β Worse Courier service my package still stuck don't no we're status show HQ pj all most 2weeks there system fake update delivery by today 10am from collect date until today I seen same status this is worse courier from Sunway to KL more then 2 weeks???
I like that better I go and collect why should pay you to deliver ????
Not recommend anyone this service 100%??????
