★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed help to post internationally because I was unsure which courier brand to use.. and both staffs just sat there playing with their phone. It was one man and one woman. Both in about late 30s.. And was not helpful when I enquire. Better shut down. Went to another branch and they were better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't prefer you guys to deal in this store.I drop my parcel a week ago,there's still no update in parcel tracking.When I contact with the worker,they said the parcel already collected..but I didn't believe it because I saw a bunch of parcel didn't collect yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst MBE and parcel delivery service. I post my parcel 2 weeks ago on 14th, then after one week my package is still there in the basket. They said coz courier haven't come and pick up. Then last week went again and they said now my parcel change to new courier, said will pickup next day (Friday). Then come Friday, they text me again, my parcel change to another courier. Until now got new tracking number but no update yet. Don't know is it haven't pick up yet or really the worker screw up. My customer now have waited 2 weeks, everyday cursing at me. Seriously for my next delivery I will never use this MBE anymore. The staff also don't know how to handle things, can't even explain when my parcel will be picked up. If I don't get my parcel tracking updated or picked up by tomorrow Monday, I will have to do police report because my customers are all saying I'm cheating them and they're going to make police report on me. So what choice do I have, I'll just make a police report tomorrow if I don't get any update on my parcel.
I hope the owner of this MBE is reading this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service previously in year 2021 was alright, then now with new staff in year 2022, it is now very unfavourable .
Few occasions:I was there to pick up parcels.was served by The tall thin guy without specs. Already given OTP and parcel number, but he can ask me what is the size of the package big or small. How I suppose to know(???)
Then this same guy also no greeting ,no smile and can be sarcarstic.Basic manners also lack.
I am patient because i have no transport to visit other courier companies. I really hope got other courier companies open soon in Evolve.
However, a Mr Tan and a Nor served me well on 13 June 2022, time 11.30am. they entertained my query on why I cannot drop a Poslaju shipping at this MBE.Mr Tan was very cordial, genuine and patient, Kudos and I am very happy to have been served by you!
