โ โ โ โ โ They are really friendly and helpful in collecting my e-commerce store parcel. They also follow up with us using WhatsApp if certain parcel have some problem (e.g. duplicate parcel or Lazada "forget to click - ready to ship").

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel for Lazada has passed over to MBE on friday morning. The staff has scanned my parcel. But in my Lazada seller app, after 4 days and the status still in READY TO SHIP. I have had called them on Saturday noon, they said the parcel for Lazada has collected by Lazada on friday evening. When I checked with other MBE outlet, they said does they press the button confirm after scan? I said i didn't see they press the button or not as i don't know the procedure. I just make sure they scan. After waiting few days, I don't get the Lazada confirmation email of dropping parcel at MBE. Now, my parcel was delay to client and already passed the period of delivery. I don't know where is my parcel now, I think MBE should improve your service and the procedure when accepting the parcel for Lazada.

โ โ โ โ โ Popped in [to pick up a parcel] and out in less than three minutes; efficient and friendly staff, very good. Only issue at the moment would be parking in the area.

โ โ โ โ โ overall staffs are friendly but when it comes to handling Lazada or Shopee parcel, they took quite long to scan the parcels, understand they are busy during MCO but we sellers are expected to make sure the parcels are scanned in our presence. example, parcel dropped at around 1030am, it was only scanned at 4.12pm.. what if the parcel were lost...where can we seller claim back the product?~~~~~~~ not recommended for Lazada pracel drop-off, parcelhub works faster.
