β β β β β MBE are everywhere but I had a pleasant experience dealing with MBE Hap Seng branch. Being a first time Zalora customer, I am totally clueless about the return process etc but this issue was being resolved immediately when I visited the MBE Hap Seng branch. Their staff are friendly and very detailed in explaining the procedure and managing the parcel to ensure their customer experience the seamless and hassle free end to end service. Overall, they have shown their professionalism and passionate towards their job. Kudos to the MBE Hap Seng branch and will recommend their service for others as well.

β β β β β My regular place for all postal services as my office is nearby. Service is quick and they have a wide range of postal carriers/vendors which makes it convenient. Made the mistake once by going to an actual PosLaju and immediately regretted as service was extremely slow, especially when I'm used to no queues at MBE.
