★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, staff always on break and late back to work. Says that he will bacl at 6.15pm, ended waiting until 6.35pm only he slowly waddles back to work. Website & google says that closing time is 9pm but staff closes the shop at 7pm, what service is this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop a Shopee parcel on 13march (Saturday), but after 24hours also didn’t update in the system. They picked up my call after several attempts and claimed that system down. Monday (15March) also didn’t update in system. I have called citylink. They said MBE shall update the status within 24hours. Hello MBE, how?????? My customer is waiting for the parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to ship a DHL drop off but was told their outlet doesn’t accept DHL until maybe end of July due to system scanning issue(since beginning of July)but staff has asked me to go to other MBE? For all I know it does not take 1 month to fix IT issue and if this is scanning issue for MBE then it should not work in all MBE location. I will not go again even they are open on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rely on a few courier services to deliver parcels to loved ones, domestic and international. My dozen or so experiences with MBE Paradigm has been the Best, compared with other courier services. This is due to their fantastic staff member, named Saravanan who mans the counter with such a friendly and helpful air of professionalism.
He is the example of Excellent customer service and I appreciate that because no other place has come close in terms of making the customer experience a smooth and seamless one. He goes above and beyond 'simply processing' a parcel.
Once, when my Mom didn't get her gift in time for Mother's Day, he called and assured me the date and time it will arrive. It seems a minor thing, but good word-of-mouth is something a company simply cannot buy.
I hope MBE chooses to invest in excellent employees such as him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the store at 8.30pm to find out it close for washroom break. I waited outside, since i have urgent parcel to deliver. And up to 9.10 pm still no shows. And i believe the store will close their operation hour at 9 pm.

Update 17/5 - very kind staff explains well, this one today was nice. changed to 4 star. Would be 5 if this branch could accept more couriers. Dah la shopee ni pulak asyik nak tukar2 courier suka suka hati.
