Kakitangan di Pejabat Kadi berkelakuan dan bertindak secara TIDAK PROFESSIONAL. Urusan tidak dijalankan tepat masa, kakitangan tidak memakai tanda nama, kakitangan tidak menghubungi pelanggan untuk membatalkan kes, kakitangan sewenang-wenangnya menutup kes tanpa alasan kukuh, kakitangan bersikap biadap dengan memperlekeh dan merendah - rendahkan status ekonomi pelanggan serta membuat riak muka yang menjengkelkan. Tidak semua kakitangan di Pejabat Kadi seperti itu, tapi kerana mereka yang di Majlis Daerah Kota Tinggi ini lah yang menyebabkan saya hilang rasa hormat dengan kakitangan di sana. Staff at the Kadi Office behave and act non-PROFESSIONAL. Matters are not carried out in a timely manner, staff do not use tags, staff do not contact customers to dismiss cases, employees arbitrarily close cases without strong reasons, staff are rude and demeaning - lower the client's economic status and create annoying facial expressions. Not all the staff at the Kadi Office were like that, but it was because of those at the High City District Council that it was my fault for the staff there. This review is based on my own experience. Pegawai perempuan terlalu sombong , tiada etika berurusan dgn pelangan. Angkuh bile bertanya soalan kepada pelanggan .
Female officers are too arrogant, there is no ethics in dealing with customers. Arrogant bile asks questions to customers.

Saya sampai office pukul 4pm from Pengerang to submit document nikah. Its still 4pm, and dorang tak bagi masuk pun. Kalau masa untuk saya ada lagi waktu tu, saya tak halalkan. Cara kamu bekerja tidak telus.

Lepas sebulan nikah,call tanya sijil nikah dah siap ke,dia kata belum. Tunggu kami call. Lepas 3 bulan nikah,takde pun call. Saya dah la duduk luar johor. Balik johor pergi pejabat,sekali dekat sijil umur saya & suami salah tulis. Kena tunggu lagi dalam seminggu akan call untuk ambil sijil. Seminggu tunggu takda call. Kita call pejabat dekat berpuluh kali tak angkat2. Dah sebulan takda pun call kita suruh ambil sijil. Servis paling teruk dan menyusahkan. Dah tau kawan salah taip,dia sibuk tanya semua kawan2 dia siapa yg buat,merungut2 kat kaunter depan kita ni sambil duk mengata kawan dia. Tak professional langsung!!

Back in Johor, I went to the office, once near my age certificate & my husband mistyped it. Have to wait another week to call to get a certificate. A week of waiting for no call. We called the office close dozens of times without answering. It's been a month since we called to get a certificate. Serious and inconvenient service. I know my friend mistyped it, he was busy asking all his friends who did it, complaining at our front counter while saying to his friend. Not professional at all !!

Puan yg jaga kaunter sungguh kurang sopan dalam menyapa pelanggan yg hadir..saya ibarat di sindir sewaktu hadir untuk mengambil sijil nikah..tiada sistem nombor atau kaunter utk bertanya..saya di sapa dgn " encik nak ape ye..kalau berdiri je xde sape yg tahu"..sungguh pertanyaan yg x beretika utk pekerja yg sambil dduk menyusun fail sambil berborak dgn rakan sekerja..tidak mencerminkan keperibadian muslimah jika di lihat dr segi pemakaiannya dan sebagai seorang penjawat awam..mohon pihak pengurusan mengambil berat akan tatacara staf dalam menyapa pelanggan..terima kasih...
The lady in charge of the counter is very rude in greeting the customers who are present..I am like being teased while present to take the marriage certificate..there is no number system or counter to ask..I am greeted with "Mr. nak ape ye..if you stand up xde sape yg tahu ".. really an ethical question for employees who are sitting while compiling files while chatting with colleagues .. does not reflect the personality of a Muslim woman if seen in terms of her use and as a civil servant .. please the management cares about staff procedures in greeting customers..thank you ...

kenapa susah sgt nk jawab panggilan ya? susah nk tnya apa2. nk ulang alik klau setakat nk bertanya tak berbaloi. kerja lgi?
