★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never pick up the phone. Nobody bothered to answer the call. Emailed them but even after more than 1 month no reply from them. Probably the worst govt service of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed and slow service they said the document will finish in 2 months but when we came they ask for another 1 month then we came again they ask for 1 week and give us number so we can call but that men can't even answer our call and then we came again NOTHING!!! They said the Sijil original nikah is not sign yet?????!! We already made a appointment week before and wait there for an hours and the result is NOTHING??!! I already said I want to take it in Sabah before they ask for another 1 month from the start now I need to change my flight again for 2 times! What they even doing there? Makan gaji buta????! Government even already up the salaries on starting May and this is June 7 already but the service still the same!
