★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There a lot to improve. Firstly, parking spots. Why are the parking spots are unsystematic? Only have one way, once you’re out and couldn’t find any spot, you have to go out again, pay the parking and do it all over again. Nonsense. The buildings also are very far from each other. The hematology and policlinic is so far. Blood taken at hematology daycare, and need to be sent to blood lab in policlinic. You have to pay the parking for hemato and go to policlinic and do the same. Double nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly n good services if we attended to our problem in a polite way as the saying"treat other the way how you want others to treat you"...lobby had some shop selling foods n other stuff you need n a Atm machine should you needs some cash. Location is nearby city center n served by many hotels n transportation is not a big problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admitted at midnight as its the nearest to my home. Big mistakes. Even if you don't have an insurance, do not come here, the dr and nurses do not take you as a person. The consultant can laugh sarcasticly when they said you are mostly likely gonna have kidney injury. The nurses, basic care none existance, given the wrong medication or forgot to give it, basically have to beg them to change my iv when it run out. AT night , setting alarm to wake my self up so I can walk to the nurses station to beg for change.
There's NO water available in the ward. I have to watch my bedside patient with dengue suffer and her iv drip isn't even check and its not delivering for the whole time since she admitted.
You are better off caring for yourself at home because you will mostly likely die here.
I'm NOT kidding.
Burn a few cash to save your life in other private hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Government Hospitals in the country. The main red brick building was built during British Colonial days. The building is still standing tall and proud. In terms of facilities, the hospital better known as HSA, has the latest equipment and tools to treat all kinds of diseases and sickness. The staff, Doctors, Nurses and everyone also excellent in carrying out their duties. Quite an organised and efficient service at all levels and departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many areas can be improved!
- My mother admitted at 11am. At 7pm, I called 18 times just to find out which wad she transferred.
- My mother was very hungry, because almost whole day nobody bring food to her. I called the wad and they said they only enter that wad few times a day. If they knew that, just put some food and water with straw. Not every patient have energy to get up and eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was warded last Thursday and he supposed to get his scan to know his condition today but suddenly this so called director came into the ward and chase all the patient away without any proper explanation. What kind of behaviour is this? I dont blame the staff of the doctors but the person itself. Even if there's some emergency happening, how could you chase all of the patients in the ward away??? Give proper explanation to the family before I take this case into the higher person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its by the coast, overlooking Singapore. Its so closeby when i first reached here my cellphone went into roaming! Its a red building, not the typical buliding like hospital ipoh/klang/hkl. Its not as tall either. Its paid parking, tng, cash. Open parking. There is a KFC just outside the hospital opposite Thistle hotel. There is a canteen in the clinic pakar building & the main bulding. Accesible by bus as there is bus stop just outside. The roundabout to go to parking or pickup/drop off.
