Call the value branch, ask for help by emailing the form to add monthly zakat, you can't, tell them to search online. I went online but couldn't find the form

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan. Buat panggilan beberapa kali tidak ada respon yg di terima. Saya nak bertanya tentang pembayaran zakat tapi panggilan tak berjawab. Ada kah ini amalan atau budaya staff MAINS...amat mengecewakan. Di manakah daya saing dan kesungguhan dalam menjalankan amanah rakyat.
Very disappointing. Make a call several times and no response is received. I wanted to ask about the payment of zakat but the call went unanswered. Is this the practice or culture of MAINS staff ... very disappointing. Where is the competitiveness and determination in carrying out the trust of the people.
