★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening EPF account become easier now, I don’t have to queue for account opening. Account can be open through the machine there, it is quick and easy job. But if you really don’t know how to use it, there’s a person there will guide you through the account opening.

Staff are attentive and very helpful with no discrimination by races - fair treatment to all present and thumbs up as well to their cafeteria customer service - good food, fairly priced but most importantly the friendliness of the service staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to close my EPF account. It was a very pleasant service. A few minutes at the reception desk to explain what I came for and receiving my number, a few minutes waiting for my counter to be free and it was my turn. Friendly counter staff who started with apologising for her English while her English was more than sufficient to help my case. She helped me getting the right form and checked a few things for me. All in all it took about 15 minutes. She indicated the transfer would take 3 - 5 working days. But to my surprise it was already done the next day. Impressive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to do penama. Aplenty of parking & for about 30 minutes, it was Rm1.50. Clean environment and SOP are observed. The process is self-service at the computer. Staff are professional and friendly and patiently assisting us throughout the process.
