★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever kena parking saman, don't worry if you don't see any JomPay icon on the paper. Go download MelakaPay app. Register and then click on MBMB (or the district that you kena the Saman) and make the payment. Note they charge you extra 50 sens to use FPX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff at drive-thru counter..Asking for confirmation on operation hours on Saturday, rudely answer that they never open on Saturday. When i showed her their official website stated they open on Saturday, she replied its their office fault. Please be professional even though you have bad day. Hope not to encounter this staff again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close at 3:30pm ? ? These service hours are good for the staff or good for the people? ?
To avoid the crowds during pandemic, the hours should be longer to allow people come at different time but this department is doing the other way round, shorter the service hours to gather the crowd…..
Obviously just consider for the staff to have easy working hour.
Hopeless government, how are we going to improve our country? ?
