★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pay my saman there. So fast. Even got a discount for paying early. My offense: parking in Prai area but I used Penang Island MPPP parking coupon.
Completed my mission in no more than 5 minutes (not including parking my car and walking in). Definitely recommended (to pay saman, LOL).

I had just recently decided to relocate back to a town here in Penang Mainland which I had resided prior for about 18 years well into mid 20s so I practically grew up here. After so many years of absence from this place, how is that I still feel that I have remain in a time warp back here. I wish I could rate them (the City Council) with a compliment, really I do.. . All I can say is there is an enormous gap to close in between being deficient and acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the pg gov advocates efficiency, their long queue and long wait just to make payment for licenses is beyond imagination. They work so slowly. I have gone to the office thrice to pay but each time was met with long queue. They urge us to avoid 3Cs during the pandemic yet the place is always so crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got many parking either inside t premis or serounding. Good guard (security staff) while I enter from back enterence (staff in out). Good enough counter too.
Nice building n have own garden n many trees. Also have lake garden nearby.
