β β β β β Staff lelaki yg tangan berparut sangat kurang ajar. Saya tak faham macam mana peribadi staff macam ni boleh kerja bawah jabatan agama islam. Bahasa yang kurang ajar dan percakapan yang tidak mesra. Tambahan lagi dengan guard yang tidak membantu dalam menjawab soalan ditambah pula dengan sindiran.
 The staff of the man with the scarred hand is very rude. I don't understand how personal staff like this can work under the Islamic religion department. Rude language and unfriendly conversation. Plus with a guard who doesnβt help in answering questions coupled with sarcasm.

β β β β β Katanya tutup 4:30 petang tetapi saya pergi pukul 4, pintu sebelah depan sudah berkunci. Pergi ke pintu belakang, tidak berkunci. Masuk ke dalam, lampu semua sudah bertutup. Tanya kepada guard, katanya sekarang memang tutup pukul 4. Jadi persoalannya, Pejabat Agama tutup pukul 4 atau 4:30 petang pada hari Jumaat?
He said it closed at 4:30 pm but I left at 4, the front door was already locked. Go to the back door, unlocked. Go inside, the lights are all off. Asked the guard, he said it now closes at 4. So the question is, does the Religious Office close at 4 or 4:30 pm on Friday?

β β β β β Bad service ! Pergilah pejabat agama daerah lain. Sini call susah sangat nak angkat. Office buka pukul 8, pukul 9 baru nak buka kaunter. Dah la kaunter 2 saja. Call nak dapat date nikah pun sampai berapa hari nak akad baru confirm date dengan time. Bila kita call marah kita pulak. Tolonglah permudahkan urusan orang. Nak buat pahala tau tak.
Bad service! Go to another district religious office. This call is very difficult to answer. Office opens at 8, 9 o'clock just to open the counter. There are only 2 counters. Call to get a wedding date until how many days do you want the new contract to confirm the date with time. When we call angry we turn away. Please make things easier for people. Want to make a reward, you know.

β β β β β The office complex is dated and needs to be upgraded, however the people manning the office acted in a very professional manner. They were very knowledgeable about most, if not all of the procedures and documentation needed for the numerous processes and paperwork. I found out what I needed to do quickly and have no problems with the excellent services rendered by the personnel there. I just wish that they could get a better office complex that would increase their efficiency since I consider the physical condition of the office as limiting the needs of their clientele and maybe their even their organisation. Thank you!
