Initially not allowed to get the original translated cert saying they will post it straight to the university even though I said I need it to show the embassy for them to certify the copy again. Thanks to pandemic they posted me the original translated one as well. Ask for their office number when you're there in case you need to follow up. Since they didn't reply my email too :') Parking space available.

I just want to check and know where my certificate and when I will get it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to those who is thinking making an appointment is necessary, its not. just go whenever you're free from 8am to 4pm. for higher chance of not getting kicked out, go for morning session. this is what told by the pengawai to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the WORST service of MPM. Never pickup the calls or reply to the emails. Then why are you all displaying contact numbers and email addresses on your official sites if no one is answering them? I have made my payment on MOD yet never receive my registration slip. So, what's the procedure for obtaining my slip?
I'm very disappointment with MPM. Now I have to go through their office to receive my slip. This is causing me to double my work, despite the fact that it can be easily resolved via email. Please IMPROVE UR SERVICE!!
