★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゴミみたいに扱う会社です。入社してから試用期間3ヶ月後、事前説明なく試用期間を伸ばし解雇する可能性があるとの契約書にサインを求められます。数えきれない人が短期間で退社しており、異常な離職率です。日本から英語を使える環境を求め海外就職を希望する人には頑張っていこうと言う気持ちを木っ端微塵に砕かれるような思いをする事があります。入社前、面接時、人材派遣の会社より仕事内容の詳しい説明がなく特に入社後驚いたのが仕事中にミスをすると解雇するルールです。ミス内容については詳しくは就業規則違反になるので書けませんが20代.30代でマレーシア就職を考えられている方には到底お勧めできる会社ではないです。成績の付け方にもかなり疑問が残る評価方法で、毎月いえ毎週といってもいい程社内でのルールが変わります。マレーシアの法律では祝日働くとお給料が二倍になる手当も事前通告なくなくなり、初めて海外就職をする事になれば税金等の説明も不十分でさぞ不安な思いをする事になります。保険もありますが、詳しい説明が皆無なため友人や同僚、マレーシア在住が長い方に話をしてからしか病院事情もわかりません。もちろん、インセンティブについての必要な説明がないためどのような条件をクリアすればボーナスが支払われるのかもわからず、混乱,困惑の繰り返しの会社となります。

An innumerable number of people have left the company in a short period of time, which is an abnormal turnover rate. For those who seek an environment where they can use English from Japan and wish to find a job abroad, I sometimes feel that the feeling of trying hard is broken into small pieces. Before joining the company, at the time of the interview, there was no detailed explanation of the work contents from the staffing company, and what surprised me especially after joining the company was the rule of dismissing if I make a mistake during work. I can't write about the details of the mistake because it violates the work regulations, but I can't recommend it to anyone who is thinking of finding a job in Malaysia in their 20s or 30s. This is an evaluation method that leaves a lot of doubt on how to grade, and even if it is monthly or weekly, the rules within the company change. According to Malaysian law, the benefits of paying double pay on holidays will disappear without prior notice, and if you are going to work overseas for the first time, explanations of taxes will be insufficient and you will feel uneasy. There is insurance, but since there is no detailed explanation, I can only understand the hospital situation after talking to a friend, colleague, or someone who has lived in Malaysia for a long time. Of course, even without knowing what kind of if clear bonus is paid the conditions because there is no explanation necessary for the incentives, confusion, will be puzzled repetition of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company that you can work for despite the pay and benefits looks attractive. Please think 100 times before joining this BPO. I am sure there are better BPOs out there. Remember, that salary doesn't determine everything.
You would not have work life balance here. They'd communicate via WhatsApp even on weekends or Public Holidays. The amount of work vs meetings / trainings is never ending and you probably end up doing work even on the weekend despite not getting paid for it nor you are able to claim OT for it. Because they would say that you're not productive during working hours.
Horrible micromanagement despite being told in the interview or catch up sessions that they do not like to micromanage.
One of the worst company I have ever worked during my employment period and holding a senior role in previous companies. Getting accused of lying despite stating it clearly in the resume.
Weekly torture and feedback sessions that screws up with the KPI (I am not really interested in the money btw) but it is very demotivating and demoralizing as they tarnish you to the lowest you can be in your life.
I have never seen a work culture where asking is being label as "stupid" indirectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best company I've worked in. No doubt, there's a lot of growing pains as the company was growing tremendously even during the pandemic. The top management / corporate leadership of the company is open minded, willing to listen and always looking for best ideas to implement. Here I get the opportunity to challenge myself to think out of the box, to try out new ideas and come up with better ways to run my department. As with any other BPO's, pressure and demands from the client are ever-present. But the internal leadership are transparent, open and performs with integrity. I can say that I do my best in this organization thanks to the excellent leadership.
