★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is under renovation, there were some water puddles due to some leaking I think. A bit quite so one should becareful as I'm not sure about the CCTV. But everything else was working fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ basement parking P1 is convenient and ample of parking spaces. there is parking payment machine placed near the elevators. However, the cleanliness is not always maintained inside and outside the elevators area. not sure when is the last time the management cleaned the rubbish bin outside the lifts. the smell is like an alam flora truck smell. i held back the 3 stars for the cleanliness and bad smell.
