Quite expensive parking in KLCC place that hundred thousand of visitor visit everyday for two hour visit RM9.00 above.

Your machine alls breakdown,very bad service,I have facing this daily,not 1st time either,I hope klcc management please look into this matter,very poor parking service not relevant to the price rate.Shame on the building management,even the normal mall is even better service then your parking service,every time you press for intercom,they asked you to walk to management office and make payment there,But this happen due you don’t service your machine,too full money,where is all your workers??even you asked people to exit jalan Pinang,what is this man.you know sunway pyramid cheaper parking but once you press intercom the workers would come to you by motorcycle to settle your ticket issue.

I hate it. Really unprofessional. The fees is only rm17. Can't use rm50, ok nevermind it's ok. Use a rm20 bill. Won't give back change. Since I don't like give you guys free money, used intercom for solution. There it is must drive to the management office. If it is just around the corner ok, but noooo it is far way back. Had to go such hardship for my own money. Manage to get at the management office, was greet with a document to fill some more. Hahahaha. There goes 20 minute of my life. And more bonus get a traffic jammed later, 90 minute. Could used the time to watch a football match. If this happen to the disabled I think they will sweat and had to go thru more hardship than They had to. And the winner of unfriendly carpark management goes to.....

I wasn't able to get my requested receipt in the promised 3 working days. I've waited for over 1 week, called and sent a few emails to remind the management about my situation. However no response is received. This unprofessional managing had caused me inconvenience. I hope with this review, the management can do some improvement on the bank card boom barrier system so that customer won't have to go thru the hassle of getting a proper receipt from the management. Update after 3 weeks : Was finally able to get my requested receipts within 20 min after getting a new email address from calling the customer service.
