★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent about 20 minutes inside the showroom, I had to called for the SA few times for the couch measurement because literally all the SA were busy day dreaming/chit chat with their colleagues rather than offer assistance to us.
The showroom other than G floor, its super stuffy, we were sweating the whole time while trying to figure out things on our own because no one offer assistance to us.
Please visit somewhere else with better service & quality, there are plenty of options just nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sales service is fine, we even stored our purchased item nearly 2 yrs (with MCO and such of course). But their delivery service is darn BAD! They promised us to deliver around 12~12.30pm. We already warn them that our Apartment Management wouldn't allow any furniture movement after 1.00pm.
Sadly 3 hours later, only they arrived (which is at 3.30pm). We even need to begged our security to permit us to move our furniture in. Such a disappointment dealing with this kind of attitude. Very irresponsible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It shall be my first and last time purchasing from them. The service was good when I went to the showroom and the salesperson did his best to find the furniture that suit my preference. HOWEVER, the delivery service was really terrible. Last minute cancellation on the delivery day itself. They did not inform me until I called them for update. Unresponsive when I seek to get update on the next available delivery date. After almost two weeks from the first initial promised delivery date, I still have yet to receive my furniture. This is the worst furniture shop that I have ever deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last mth I bought few stuff frm Maju Home Puchong including this kitchen stool.
One time used.The stool,crack like tsunami is attacking my new house.
I called the Sales person by the name Aaron but his respond like drama.
Then girl by the name Jaya called.She said they need to collect the stool and STUDY why the Stool is crack?
I told them when the product which is used less then twice is crack ,plse take the Stool n STUDY as long as you want!!!!
Maybe they can take the lousy Stool n study at Marikh!!!
My intention just exchange or refund my money but Maju Home staff Drama is very tricky.
They do not want to take the blame!!!
They said customer should check the product upon delivery.
Dear Maju Home...
There is no point to check your product when it is damage after one time used.
Last but not list.
It' not about EXCHANGE or REFUND but the after Sales Service was very-very poor from the Sales Person@ Aaron.
He has no Responsibility and just 'cuci tangan' by telling me off No Exchange and No Refund!
Very sad to hear.I am not a racist person but through my previous experience I only trust our Chinese friend Quality and Service but not this time especially when we mention abt Maju Home Puchong!
Be aware and be careful dear buyers!

The sales person Ms. Jennifer is very attentive and provide us the affordable range of selection based on our own budget. She also makes sure the products are properly arranged for safe delivery. I was having a bit difficulty during those previous order but during my last visit the staff showed very great effort to explain and fulfilling the customer request. So far I am happy with my current product that I have bought from my latest order. Hope the services are maintain at the best level and satisfied the customer needs.
