โ โ โ โ โ Attempted to make appointment for a defect part and PHS were able to slot my car despite high traffic if cars there. Very nice touch on customer service Nice place to hang out while waiting for my car and easily made my office chores there.

โ โ โ โ โ The front will make you wanting to buy the new VW more because they are friendly and professional however the back where we were collecting our repaired car ....
The PIC was on leave for a week right after CNY and he aint Chinese and delayed our car process (he didn't place any order for the changing parts) , there it made me wonder if he was the only person in the company doing this part of the job, meanwhile we had to contact him to follow up, not them to us... This is not the VW service quality we know of?
Lastly, upon the final checking before signing up the paper, I asked a casual Q "you don't wash the car inside?" And he was somehow triggered and offended and mantalk me like "no one will wash car inside in workshop!" And I had to calm him down. Well, I was told there will be carwash like the VW we know so please forgive me? Lol

โ โ โ โ โ Better find other service center. I went there to claim warranty for leaking aircon low pressure valve fornmy passat. After complete repair, the servce advisor named Lee, told me that i should change my battery because the condition is bad already, I went to battery shop to change the battery,but it turns out the alternator is not charging the battery and the battery is damage already, because the time taken for them to do the "QC" and test drive until they handed over my car to me took quite sometime and has totally depleted the battery, I had to change new battery, and send back my car to the center. They said the alternator not charging because the cable became loose.
The aircon repair i did there has cost me a new battery and without any apologies from them also, they just said the repair has nothing to do with alternator, then how come the alternator cable became loose on it's own right after it went under repair in the center? Some ghost mess with the cable is it? Wasted 4 days and a good amount of money because of the center. If you think my review is a rare occasion and it would not happen to you, then be my guest and test out your luck with the center??

โ โ โ โ โ A very convenient & centrally- located service centre for Volkswagen in Puchong. I had an amazing experience with them for my accident claim- they gave good explanation and guidance on the claiming process and updated me from time to time throughout the whole process (insurance claim status and car repair process).
When accident occurs its definitely frustrating but they took care of everything efficiently and smoothly from advise> repair > follow up. No BS.
Most importantly, top notch body & paint services, very skilled workers with excellent workmanship. My car looks like a new smooth baby again. Highly recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ 1st time serviced in here after 8years own VW due to covid impact, many service center closed down. Anyway, i think the service was awesome same as other service center..but the differ is the space given to customer to wait very spacious. They even provide desktop, maybe for kids i think..hahaha. i think, this is my 1st experience i can see my car being serviced. The are big transparent glass shows servicing floor. Fantastic~
