It is worth visiting for having a glimpse of the interior of a submarine, and imagining how life would be for the sailors living in such a small little space. You will get to see their engine room, bedroom, pantry and shower room! Not recommended for those with claustrophobia. To get into the submarine, you would need to climb a flight of staircase. So it is not disabled and wheelchair friendly. But certainly good for kids. This is an original and old Royal Malaysian Navy decomissioned submarine. Besides submarine, there are two fighter jets on display too. Entrance fees RM5 for adult, RM2 for children. There is lack of shades here, so can be very hot during sunny days. Parking is limited too. There is a cafe near the entrance.

A small museum located at pantai klebang, entrance fees RM5 (adult), RM2 (children), visitor can go into submarine and take a look, and there is two fighter at the other side. Advised to bring wide angle lens for better angle as the submarine is really narrow.

Here we come Melaka! Let's visit the submarine. You can walked inside the submarine & have a feel of the inner layout. The submarine museum has drawn more tourists for sure. SMD Ouessant, a French made Agosta 70 class submarine that was built in 1979, had been handed 9ver to the Melaka state government. The submarine museum project costed 12.6 millions is expected to draw more tourists to Melaka.

This is a great place to visit, you can explore the inside of the submarine how it look like. They charge the price of RM 5 for kid and RM 10 for adult. Beside than the submarine , you also can see the 2 jet from near how it look like. However you are not able to see how does the cockpit look like. Once you have completed the submarine and jet fighter journey. You also can enjoy the horse ride which they charge rm 10 for a solo ride and the cage ride same as the entrance fees. The parking is free and they do have some convenient store for you to buy some drinks.

Came here to purposely let my kids experience and see the actual submarine up close. There is none as far as I know at any other places in Malaysia. Pretty easy to find the place. It's an isolated tourist spot about 2km from town. Nothing much nearby. The charges are inexpensive - RM5 for kids and RM10 for adults Malaysian. Foreigner different charges. Besides the submarine, there are 2 retired jets as well. You can enter into the submarine to view some parts of the ship. Once you are inside, it's quite a tight space. At least we normal people can experience the feel being on board. The operator should have install more air conditioning unit if not fan to improve the hot and humid conditions inside for more conducive viewing. Anyway you wouldn't stay long inside. Overall I feel that the exterior of the submarine should have been maintained properly as there are many rusting spots. Very soon the exterior wall will be corroded beyong repair. Whereas for the 2 jets there were being covered under a roof structure. No access to the cockpit. The kids sure will be thrilled if they can sit in the cockpit. Overall our visit is short as there are not much to hang around for. Maybe the state government and operator should create more display and attractions at this place as there are plenty of space.
