★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, after payment just blue tick with no reply and reserve online they ask the name but no name listed when check in to dine, no name listed, need to wait in long queue and then just send to eat outside nearby “longkang” with a lot of mosquito n far from the food, ask to wipe table just to be ignore although staff frequently wander around but no action, ask light to on the outside also no actions. Eat with no proper light.. not enough plate as a lot of customer keep asking about the plate, i also think is not proper to have emcee during time before iftar as usually at that time is better to respect the time before breaking Ramadan fast, is not a wedding but a breaking fast time, better to open zikr or surah. Thanks a lot with the services. First and last to come there. Not worth to recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food quality okla... not bad...environment also good.. the main problem is already make a reservation,also they said need to paid online because afraid will not get the table... when the time comes... still didnt get the table... they give the table to people come first... had to brake the fast outside while waiting for the table... got a few people also face the same problem... why like thats... hope they will do something about this matters.. need to organize this thing properly... don just think about profit...

My experience a bit unsatisfactorily, I ordered food base on catalogue but the chef & the worker overlooked one of the dishes, until we almost finished our rice,mix vegetable & omelate, we still not have our salted egg prawns.When it is served the salted egg prawns are too oily. Since this is my first visit to the restaurant and I am not Johorian, the experience is a bit bad for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT EVEN WORTH THE 1 STAR.Bad experience ever. Waited the food for about an hour++. The food is tasted so so.. the tomyum and veggies is super BAD. The stir fried egg is too salty. BUT The price is PREMIUM. YOU DIDN'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. FIRST AND LAST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant, Halia and The Cave are all the same owner. Guess they don't have enough staff. Very slow service. Food is so so only. Norhing to shout about. Luckily we arrived early, else we may not get our food.
Quite pricey in my opinion. And it also include service charge.
