★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting here. The service provided was very professional. They adhere to the SOP for the current pandemic outbreak by limiting a maximum of 5 customers in-store.
Very pleased with the service, guidance and advise provided by staff. He is very courteous and knows how to deal with customers. Down to earth guy, very committed and passionate when dealing with customers.
All of the other staffs were friendly. Will definetely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful & responsive staff, let me test whether can load into my car boot or not. Just a minor thing I notice when I got back my house is tyre seems a bit swaying left & right probably not straight enough when look from top to bottom when riding, not sure cause by myself in the car or it's an existing defect which myself to be blamed as I didn't highlight it. Anyway nice equipment as you can see mostly Shimano gears stuff
