★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to visit to get my eyes tested and make a new pair of spectacles. Their optometrist is very helpful , professional and the whole environment of shop is so welcoming. Best optometrist in town and near KL. If you are near KL please do visit them and get your eyes tested.They have quite a good range of spectacle, sunglass , lenses and contact lens choices. The price is affordable and you will get based on what you want. The best thing I like here is you will get after sales services in more better way.Thank you guys. You guys have the best optometrist service near KL. Highly recommend and will come again for sure.

Walk in for a sun-glasses service which wasn’t bought from here but their professionalism , attitude from the front-desk sales personel to the customer service line which i called up later was marvelous and their service really meant service ( NOT SELLING ). Optical Malaya helped me fix my curved lense sun glasses ( rare type ) for extremely low price which i really appreciate it very much. YOU GOT ME ! I am with you whenever i thought of eye-wear yea ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thorough exam and excellent service! My new glasses even arrived much sooner than expected. Fancy expensive equipment was not used on me, but it didn’t matter. Ms Wong was extremely thorough and she made sure to get me an accurate prescription (I have progressives) and well-fitted frames. She was very friendly and patient, making sure I was happy with my frame selection. I always pay extra to get thinner lenses, but these seem surprisingly thin for my strong prescription… they are lovely and lightweight. I’m very happy with my entire experience with Malaya Optical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had eye check done by Ms Wong, and Ms Sashi helped me with my questions. Overall satisfied with their good customer service :) Bought new glasses, clip on sunglasses, and trial contact lenses.
Would suggest to improve on proactiveness in follow up of items when ready because there was a slight mix up when info was passed between diff staff members (miscommunication). Otherwise, excellent! Recommended ?
