โ โ โ โ โ They are better than AirAsia and definitely definitely better than malindo airlines. The checkin process was smooth , and boarding was on time and the seats were comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ Disabled-unfriendly service on the local malaysian flights. Was told they dont offer wheelchair assistance to seat unless with a medical letter and submitted 2 weeks in advance.
