★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant service. The staff was sitting on the floor behind the cashier, watching something on her Handphone.. (with her head hardly visible from eye level) which gives an impression that there is no staff around.. Wasnt in very good mood to serve when she was disturbed. guess, it’s nice to be paid to sit and watch Tv :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! Order sandwich with donuts n coffee. and payment done. But after 10minutes still not received my sandwich. Asked the staff, they asked to see the receipt (mind u, in the receipt only written the total price not list of items) while the staff incharge of making the sandwich is teaching a new guys of how to make sandwich instead of making mine! and when we said nothing written in the receipt, they said if not written then not paid. (if u dont even know what is written on your receipt then don't work there!) then another staff quickly preparing the sandwich afterwards. Not to be forgotten, wearing glove to prepare food, but touching everything n every where then touch the food again. Come on. F&B services, u guys should be better than this. Thank God my husband is calm and cool. If not i might run amok there due to their unprofessional ethics. Next time im here, I'll just buy the donut, easier faster and dont have to deal with this kind of situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The donuts with peanuts on top had an oily, stale smell to it. Staff should be more alert to ensure their donuts tastes great all the time because i went to 3 branches in kl/selangor and none had the smell. Only the Pg branch had the smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunny Egg combo is perfect for a tea time bite. A better place to sit compared to the extremely crowded fast food restaurants at the departure Hall. Very slow service here. The crew don't seem very familiar with the operations. Boost accepted.
