★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia Airport KLIA will never in world Top airprot list. Look at on 3rd Jan 2020 my arrival time 19:40pm....International arrival immigration loooong q....Malaysia autogate no pax....even 4 or 5 manual counters no pax....when i ask can my foreigner friends come to clear passport in empty malaysian passport lane. Was told NO....good luck to Malaysia....it will never improve with this kind of working attitude. Some peoples q up for loooong time, some staff working hard. Some counters empty and no manager or officers ia there to direct the international paasengers to the empty malaysian lane to ease the traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited there 2 years back. The washrooms were really in bad shape. I do not know if anything has improved there in the new government's rule. But, it was not like this year's back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience in KLIA2 airport of all airport from all countries ever visited... Me and my family almost missed the flight, that's already including asking for permission to each passengers in line (around 15 passengers), if not, we would for sure missed the flight. It took more than 1 hour to queue for immigration (This should be put on a WARNING, who could have expected this). Waited in a line with around 60 people, with 4 counters, but there were only 1 counter opened, when finally they opened again another 1 counter, the immigration officer was very slow and chatting and laughing with another officer without even have the slightest care of what happened in the line. This is so RUDE and frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for Visit Malaysia 2020, I need to say, very lousy service . They do the 1 word reply at the ticket counter, we want to pay for business upgrade, but they say its closed with a half-acre reply, and then they say the business class is quite empty but we can't pay for upgrade. Lousy service , Dont care to upgrade customer who are willing to upgrade, no wonder they are not making profit.
