★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID-19 has hurt many businesses, specially in the hotel industry. This place is understaffed but still make your stay comfortable. The concierge went above and beyond to find me a shuttle to the airport in between their usual runs due to my flight schedule. If you have a layover overnight in KL, I'd highly suggest staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is big and clean. Service is ok. They got separated swimming pool for men and women. The gym is also separated. Got nice view from the gym. Sauna room also available in pool area. The food buffet is good lots of choices.

Quite pleasant especially with the dining staffs (breakfast)
Slept well due to quiet surroundings.
Rooms : Clean but had a slight smell. Bathrooms: Clogged drains. 2 out of 4
Frontdesk/maintenance : No/slow response especially regarding room temperatures
Hope for a better experience in the future

Jun 2, my little daughter and son really like it here, the bed is big, clean, the room is clean, the children sleep comfortably, the atmosphere is quiet, suitable for family vacations, good service, overall is very fond of this place. whole family PS. The washbasin should be improved because the waste water flows very slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was simply quiet and badly affected by the pandemic. However, that means you have the whole lobby to yourself.
Great breakfast! Room amenities need much improvement and upgrade but I don't think it's that feasible now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel not far from KLIA, stays here many times for work. Service was very good. Room decor and materials are very nice. Just need to improve few details to be "perfect" also room service reception need language training to be nice. A bit unprofessional words when they don't here you well like "what" can be replaced by "please say it again" or just "pardon".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is simply nice and pretty. Its lobby has huge space and clean all the time. There are many seats provided so you can rest and wait for your friends or family to finish up registration process at counter.

The price for a room is not expensive and affordable. The room space just fit nicely and not very big. The first day I stayed here, I found that my aircond was not working properly. I made a complaint about it. Then they changed and gave me a new room. I was really happy with the action they took.

They have two big swimming pools. One is for man, the other one is for woman. I felt so pleasant while chilling at the pool.
