โ โ โ โ โ Worse company - no possibility to reach a human after i purchased ticket to confirm pickup so I missed my bus as the order summary is unclear. Then i got charged 30 for another ticket even though the bus was practically empty. They do provided a useless whatsapp number that automatically responds that their too busy. After complaining, they told me to read the fine print. Nonenglish speaking Driver doesnt assist withwith anything nor bags even for my old 80 year dad.
