I just want to highlight my incident with firefly. I fought for my credits which is rightfully mine due to the pandemic, if i did not ask for this it is conveniently forgotten. Is this fair on the airlines? Is there no empathy for the customer? Are we not valuable? Having said the above, my son used the credit to buy me a ticket, which he could not do successfully, so he had to go thru call centre. At the time of purchase, my son asked do you require the A/L and the staff said No. What does this mean? To my son it meant no need for the A/L name and ticket booked. On arrival at airport, i was not permitted and had to buy another ticket at RM 150. My next question was being online why should we not have to benefit of amending the name instead of buy a new ticket. Do you not think this is a cheap way of making money? On a similar note, a friend wrote, son travel to Bangkok, they called MH and asked if PCR test required, they said No , then arrival asked for PCR test and charge RM470 for something which is RM200. is this fair? What is Mavcom stand on this. Without customers airlines will die but honesty and fairness is important. Firefly refused to refund me the RM150, What do you think? Best Regards Menon
