★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APC unit rejected application even after official letter from my hosp management stating that group insurance has been bought for the whole hosp was attached. This was after their 'sesi bersama pelanggan' in our own hosp was done and the issue was agreed upon. The phone line is still as it was 4 years ago - no one picking up or wait half hour with no answer after your call redirected. I would give 0 if I could. This professional body should be disbanded and it doesn't reflect any profesional values at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is the catch, if you wanted to get through via phone line, advice-able to call early morning because near lunch hour exactly 11.30AM they would never EVER pick up the phone. If you are trying to call after lunch hour, try to call after 2.30PM, if you are lucky, they will pick up the phone and direct you the unit responded to your queries.
Rather than asking front desk to be your operator for such NGO is so not cool. Each of every secretariat should have direct line to contact with not just single phone line for you to call and settles everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Call not answered, email not replied. Still alive or how? Please do your job. Bad service for years already. Look like your team is aware of the bad reviews, but no improvement it seems. Again, please make yourself contactable. Sadly couldn't give 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These numbers in google maps, i called a lot o tumes b4 but never pick up, most prolly is an old one being used b4 the mmc change from a govt unit under MOH to independent body. Just helping out, i got this notice about other numbers from the mmc website.
