β β β β β Went around 12 noon to register my husband.All done so fast-registration took less than 2 minutes-saw docs within 10 minutes.Did an ecg & collected meds by 1 pm

β β β β β A well equipped clinic For x ray, eye checkup, blood test & pharmacy. This clinic is very systematic and has very good process. There's a dental clinic too. Very popular amongst the Bkt Aman personnel, DBKL and neighbouring residents. This place has a food court and famous Nasi Lemak Tanglin is popular spot. There are fruit vendors selling local fruits, cut fresh fruits stall, nuts and dried fruits stall and many other stalls like clothing and stall selling homemade biscuits etc.

β β β β β I went here to get an allergic reaction checked. All the staff and even the patients were friendly and professional to me. Had my diagnosis, treatment, and medication dispensed within 30 mins or so.
Kudos to the team here.

β β β β β Yesterday 22 Feb 2022 I go clinic because my 1yr & 3months daughter have high fever.. I arrived at 4:30Pm at google closing time 5pm but doctor told me they closed already come back tomorrow morning.
We visit again 23 Feb 2022 at 8:20Am. I need to paid 40RM because I'm foreigner but ky daughter have Malaysia Birth Certificate..after this the nurse check fever and ask for blood test..they ask for waiting blood result 8:40am to 10am waiting and they was ask the baby blood was freeze need to blood out agian for blood test..so we are angry and we go back home our 40rm lost our time lost my baby blood lost so how they treat Patient.Government need to check

β β β β β I went to remove my wristband. They have allocated a parking spot opposite of the Klinik for Release Order procedure.
I arrived at 2.05pm. And completed the process (queueing and MySejahtera verification) in 5 minutes. Very fast and efficient. Thumbs up to the front liner.

β β β β β Went there to send my father for pfizer booster on Friday. My father had been waited for 45 mins to get the jab.
The people who queued up there were mostly elderly and pregnant women.
They had to stand beside the road and under the sun while lining up. No chair no fan for them. Pity them.
Moreover, only 2 staffs were giving the injection.
My suggestion:
1. Please deploy more staffs.
2. Provide a suitable waiting area for the people.
3. Reduce the people who take jabs per day.

β β β β β Went there for the first time for booster shot. Location to where we are supposed to go was small and unclear. The font used were too small to be seen from afar. No staff to guide us for registration. Room for vaccination was small and only 1 corner of the room is being used for vaccination. 2-3 nurses were on duty to give the vaccination. Booster Pfizer was given at the clinic. Perhaps the signs can be larger to help guide us to the location of vaccination.
